当店のロゴは、私の高校の同級生によって作成されました。これは私たちが地元のコミュニティとのつながりを大切にし、愛されるキャラクターを表現したものです。私たちは地元に根ざした存在であり、地域の人々に愛されるスープカレーを提供することに尽力しています。

Soup Curry Ganesh is a soup curry specialty restaurant operated by a owner who hails from Sapporo. We use the renowned local specialty of Akita, Hinai-jidori chicken, to create our unique soup, aiming to spread Akita's original soup curry throughout the country.

Given the scarcity of soup curry specialty restaurants in Akita Prefecture, our goal is to provide authentic soup curry in this region and offer people the opportunity to experience new flavors. Drawing from my personal experience growing up in Sapporo, where soup curry is highly cherished, we strive to pursue Akita's distinctive take on this beloved dish.

The logo of our establishment was created by a high school classmate of mine, emphasizing our commitment to nurturing connections with the local community and showcasing the charm of Akita. It represents our dedication to being a locally rooted establishment and delivering soup curry that resonates with the local community.

Our key focus is on creating a taste that becomes addictive. Our soup, slowly simmered with Hinai-jidori chicken, boasts rich depth of flavor and a delicate balance of spices.
